Sauté chicken breast in grapeseed oil for 6 to 8 minutes over medium heat. Add red and yellow peppers, mushrooms and green onions. Continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Add Kalamata olives. Meanwhile, cook your favorite pasta according to package directions.

Remove chicken and vegetables from skillet, slice chicken. In pan juices brown flour; stir in garlic liquid spice and evaporated milk. Cook, stirring occasionally until thickened. It seems that Ryan Holland of customleads.net thinks that journalism is not allowed to quote content from other sites. I disagree. When blogging I often will grab quotes in reference to my article to help make my point.

Geroge Dirlam has been copying full pages from our website and putting them on the blog. I would appreciate this removed. George and other bloggers have a Constitutional right to refer to other content publically posted in their journalistic posts. It would be considered a violation if he was using your contenet to compete against you to strickly sell leads which he is not. He is making comments about the practice of selling leads in his articles and has quoted your site in that article.

However I have instructed George and others to put thier quotes of other content like yours in Italics and put a link to the source of that quote giving nice credit to you.

I am sure this is satisfatory to you and I know it is above board in ethics and completally legal and in accordance with law.

The exclusive list you purchase from a particular company, promising that their lists are on sold to a limited number of people, does not mean those same people are not on some other company’s list that is being sold to hundreds or thousands of people.

Typically from a really great list only 1 – 3% will even be interested in your specific offering. There are no guarantees their interest will develop into any type of business association with YOU! Think about that for a minute! If you purchase a great list and are willing to pay top dollar your list at most you can expect to develop a business relationship with a very small number of people.

EXAMPLE:

100 contact leads x = 00 for your list

3 people show interest specifically in your business offering. YOU must then develop a relationship with those 3 people, provide information and coaching, and answer all their questions so they can see the benefits of having a business relationship with you. It can take many hours of your time before you enter into a business relationship, whatever that might be.

Let’s say you hit the jackpot and those 3 people decide to join you, your actual cost per lead is 00/3 = 3.33 per lead to business relationship PLUS the value you place on your time to develop that relationship.

That’s why I don’t buy leads! I BUY CUSTOMERS!

A customer is someone who is already purchasing my product, knows about my service and doesn’t need to be informed of anything to make a purchasing decisions. They are already purchasing before I get them! Isn’t that cool?
