We all have ambitions, goals, and dreams in life. So, what’s stopping you from developing a home based business opportunity and having the life that you want and deserve? Well, for many people, its that Four Letter word called Fear. You know, its that inner voice nagging at you with thoughts of; you can’t be successful, you won’t make any money, your family and friends will only laugh at you. Does some of that sound familiar? Well, if any of this applies to you, then invest a few minutes and find out what you can specifically do to re-program your life for success.

Fist, stop behaving like you are some kind of victim. Part of the fear factor, people get stuck in a rut or have a bad experience in starting a home based business and decide they will never try that again. The truth is, we all have experienced failures so that we can ultimately have successes. Stop and think about this for a minute. Imagine for a minute if people like Tiger Woods or Michael Jordan would have given up after a few mistakes?

We all have stories and rackets going on internally, but its the meaning we give it that determines of thought processes and how we react to people and situations. For example, do you get upset to the point of road rage when someone cuts you off while driving? If you do, then chill out. If I got upset each and every time someone cut me off, I would be mad all the time when driving. Stop majoring in the minor stuff of life.

Second, why does it really matter what anyone else thinks? This is your life we are talking about. So you need to make decisions that are best for you and your immediate family. Your wife or husband may not be involved in your particular business opportunity, but as long as they understand and are supportive, that is really all you should need. For example, my wife has not always been involved in some of the home based businesses I have done, but she has been supportive as far as saying, if it something that I wanted to do and doesn’t interfere with quality family time, then go for it. So, I work my home based business around other priority activities in our family.

Vision – The bigger – The better

Third, if you have no vision, then how do you expect to be successful. It would be the equivalent to taking a road trip and starting off in New York City and travelling across the United States and somehow ending up in some obscure town in California that you have never visited before. So, when you start doing some dreaming about your future, think big because you want to anchor it to a big enough Vision that will keep you focused and motivated to achieving your goals no matter what. Many people refer to this as your Why. Whatever you want to call it, go through the process and write it down.

To often we jump on the MLM train without really investigating or asking enough questions because someone who was a good sales person and convinced you that now is the time. You see, when someone suggests to me that I should do it now, I simply ask, what’s the hurry? If this so called home based business opportunity is so good today, then surely next week or next month it should be just as good.

My personal perspective is to investigate, ask lots of questions and until you get your questions answered to your satisfaction, avoid jumping on that train. There are thousands of opportunities available at any one time online.

Personal Development and Education

Fourth, one of the best things you can do for yourself is to invest into personal development and educational programs. Part of the reason, we are exposed to so much negativity at anyone time during the day, its no wonder we have a lot of stinking thinking going on inside of us. So the first step is to get into a new mental paradigm shift and stop feeding your mind negative stuff all the time. If you feed it negative stuff all day long, then guess what? That’s right, you might just be tainted and develop a negative mindset. If you feed your mind positive stuff, guess what? You might just end up thinking positive and looking for ways to improve your life.

If you want to change your mindset, then change your surroundings and start hanging around successful people. You might be thinking that’s kind of hard to give up on friends you have had for many years. Nope, I never said to get rid of your long term friends. But ask yourself, what is your friendship costing you in terms of a quality of life? They say your income is the average of your closest 5 to 10 friends. Maybe the same could be said about your mental state as well.

Action

You can listen to all of the personal development, weekly conference calls and attend all of the corporate functions available throughout the year, but unless you take daily action to produce results, nothing tangible will really happen in your life. You see if about utilizing a variety of skill sets each day to design your life. Yes, I mean design your life.

Being empowered is good, but taking action and producing results is what you must ultimately do in any home based business opportunity if you want success. There are simply no short cuts in life and there are no free rides. It will always be a combination of multiple steps and actions that produces success. I think to many people wish things could be different, but they have not done anything to really improve their lives. Start building and designing your own life today.

Finding a home business that is right for you is not hard to do but it takes some time. 3. Motivation – This should come from books, CDs or DVDs, reviewing daily what your goals are, talking with your upline.

5. Company history, and product training.

Once you find a home business that suits you and offers the training and motivation that you require to be successful, make sure that you take advantage of that training and the knowledge that your upline brings. All the training in the world cant help you if you are unwilling to learn.

So, the Pharmanex leads price, depending on the number purchased, is $2.50 to $3.00 per lead.
That doesn’t sound too bad…or does it? What do you really get for your money? What does it really cost in Money,Time,Energy and aggravation?

You can believe this if you like, but my personal opinion is that the leads industry is distorting the following statistics. The MLM industry statistical average for each batch of 100

title="Leads">leads you buy, you will eventually enroll 3 distributors, or salespeople. You will enroll 3 DISTRIBUTORS, but they are NOT CUSTOMERS who want to consume the product because they see value in it. They will buy the product because they hope there will be a big financial reward for doing so. They are in it for the money. In the meantime for you, the COST to acquire that distributor is about $90 to $10 per distributor, not counting the cost of your time and all the aggravation and rejection you endured with calling the other 97 people that did not join you! If you are a great telemarketer and love to be rejected, humiliated and cussed at a little bit, maybe it would be worth it to you and you should stick with it. By the way, the 3 people who didn’t have anything else going on in their life and answered the phone when you called, you know, those 3% who will say yes to anything, most likely will NOT do what you did. And you know THAT too. But if that is what they are talking about when they say that the national conversion rate average is 3%, well, where does that really leave you?

About buying leads

Are you buying leads for your work from home business? I have the heard that the conversion rate for home business entrepreneurs when buying

title="Leads">leads is 3%, which means is you buy 100 leads you might be able to make 3 sales. From my experience buying leads and talking to many people who have purchased leads you probably will not achieve this industry standard unless you are extremely good at calling leads.

Many people buy leads and get zero results from calling these lists that they buy. I spoke with a gal from Australia and she told me she bought $500 in leads and didn’t get one sale. This is not uncommon, do your research and talk to people who have bought these lists and see what their results were. Most people will be embarrassed to tell you their results, but if you tell them you are thinking about a list they may tell you their real results.

Buying leads is very expensive and can quickly put you in deep debt – be careful. I do not recommend that you buy work from home leads. Here are some leads prices I found on the Internet doing a Google search.

25 leads for $68.75 $2.75 each

50 leads for $132.50 $2.65 each

100 leads for $255.00 $2.55 each

If you bought 1000 of these leads it would cost you $2550.00, do you want to spend that much on leads? Stop buying leads!

Are you willing to spend that much money on something that produces such poor results. Leads are sold over and over many times, you will also be competing with many other entrepreneurs who are also trying to “pitch” their deal on these people.

Think about this, if someone or a bunch of people who you have no idea who these people are start calling you all of a sudden to try and get you to buy something, would you buy from these people? You have never met these people and they want you to give them your money, a complete stranger on the phone who you will never meet. Are you going to give them your credit card? Then why would you expect people on the other end of the telephone to give you their credit card?

Buying leads is a waste of money. Stop buying leads!

If you would like to skip the whole process of buying leads, then simply buy customers instead. Take the money that you are using buying leads and just buy the rights to buying customers. Buy an existing customer costs $50 and this is eliminating all the phone calls you would have to make when buying leads.
