“The Mary Kay Business Opportunity: What Does It Really Take to Succeed?”
Independent Sales Directors and Independent National Sales Directors talk about living their dreams, and you question just what it takes to get there. You may have heard them talk about the flexibility of a Mary Kay business and how it has enabled them to spend quality time with their families. They can enjoy such rewards as the use of a Career Car and monetary earnings that perhaps allowed them to give up their full-time jobs. How is it possible to have it all?
“Someone once said, ‘Mary Kay is the best-paying hard work in the world.’ I believe that we all have material wants and needs, so determine how your Mary Kay business can help you achieve them.” – Mary Kay Ash
Reaching the top producing goals that everyone starts out with requires customers. You can not have a successful business, no matter your product or service, if you don’t have customers. The biggest challenge for anyone starting out is finding those customers in large enough quantities to earn a good income!
Family and friends run out quickly when you start talking business opportunities. Sooner or later the subject of buyings leads comes up. Don’t fall for the smoke and promises of exclusive lists. The more exclusive the list, the higher the price per lead on that list. However regardless of any claims, lead lists usually only give you a 1-3% of your list showing even the slightest interest in what you have to show! Think about how much time and effort goes into building a relationship and finally, if your’re lucky, you get a business relationship established.
That’s why I stopped buying leads! I only buy CUSTOMERS! You got it right! Customers are already purchasing the product or service that I have to offer. Its Good Business

OH! By the way, lead companies don’t want you to know how really expensive and ineffective lead lists really are! they want us to stop our blogging about leads!
Got the following email today from Customleads.net
It seems that Ryan Holland of customleads.net thinks that journalism is not allowed to quote content from other sites. I disagree. When blogging I often will grab quotes in reference to my article to help make my point.
What do you think? Here is the email:
Hello Thomas,do
It has been brought to my attention that one of your members is copying content from our site CustomLeads.net. I would like this removed. Geroge Dirlam has been copying full pages from our website and putting them on the blog. I would appreciate this removed. I am contacting our attorney today to take action on George for copying to other sites as well.

This was my reply
Dear Ryan,
George and other bloggers have a Constitutional right to refer to other content publically posted in their journalistic posts. It would be considered a violation if he was using your contenet to compete against you to strickly sell leads which he is not. He is making comments about the practice of selling leads in his articles and has quoted your site in that article.
However I have instructed George and others to put thier quotes of other content like yours in Italics and put a link to the source of that quote giving nice credit to you.
I am sure this is satisfatory to you and I know it is above board in ethics and completally legal and in accordance with law.

P.S. You have my permission to post this in complete context on your blog or site if you like.
